Having worked as a senior executive, general manager and trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs and leadership teams, Llewellyn brings deep experience across both public and private sector environments. His career has spanned local government, the UK Civil Service, community and not-for-profit organisations, financial services, retail, and food and agribusiness industries across Australia and the United Kingdom.
This breadth of experience enables Llewellyn to quickly understand the challenges leaders face and tailor his coaching to their unique context. He combines extensive organisational and leadership experience with a genuine commitment to personal growth, wellbeing and practical, sustainable outcomes.

Llewellyn holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the United Kingdom. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Certified Organisational Coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, a graduate of the Positive Psychology Coaching Academy, and accredited in Human Synergistics’ Life Styles Inventory™ and Group Styles Inventory™.
