Course Overview
The Enterprise Bargaining Representative Workshop is designed for Bargaining Representatives that want to carry out their representative roles with purpose and confidence at the bargaining table.
Delivered by highly experienced facilitators in an online classroom, the workshop offers an interactive learning environment that will equip participants with practical skills and knowledge to set them up for success in enterprise bargaining.
The workshop provides participants with the opportunity to engage in case studies and group activities to deepen their understanding of the history of enterprise bargaining, negotiation strategies and industrial relations frameworks that underpin the enterprise bargaining process.

Delivery Mode
The workshop will be delivered online.
Participants can join from the comfort of their own working environment. To enhance the learning experience, workshop numbers will be kept to a maximum of 16 participants.
Participants should join each workshop prepared to interact with other participants.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Sarah Queenan
MANAGING DIRECTOR AT HUMANIFY HR CONSULTING
Sarah delivers this course drawing on her extensive real-world experience and technical expertise in enterprise bargaining.
As a Chief Negotiator, Senior HR Executive and trained Lawyer, Sarah has spent most of her career specialising in guiding employers in enterprise bargaining.
During this course, Sarah focuses on the role of Bargaining Representatives, helping them to become more aware of practical techniques and strategies they can apply to be more effective negotiators at the bargaining table.
Sarah holds a Master of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University, along with a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Canberra.
Sarah is Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Fellow (FCPHR) of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and Member of the National AHRI Employee and Industrial Relations Advisory Panel.
