Helen is an experienced public sector coach with more than 6 years of direct coaching practice, building on over a decade of experience in policy and corporate SES roles in the Australian Public Service. Helen is deeply committed to building capability in the public sector through supporting her coaching clients to tackle challenges in their roles. She takes a strengths-based approach to help her clients set clear goals, overcome roadblocks and achieve success in their workplaces and careers.
